Please check the Inspect the goods after receipt and report any defects to us within 14 days. Returns for other reasons, such as incorrect orders, may be accepted as a goodwill gesture. In such cases, the return must be at your own expense and in the original packaging.

We ship to Germany and Austria with DPD, DHL, GLS and UPS. The shipping service provider is selected depending on the customer's location and the shipment volume.

• Shipping costs: 9.90€ net, free for orders over 350€ net.

For larger orders (from approx. 10 packaging units) shipping is carried out by a freight forwarder. To ensure quick processing, we require orders for same-day shipping by 11:00 a.m. Please note that additional processing fees may apply in some regions.
