Yes, you can have your order delivered to any address. You have the option to choose between your billing address and a separate delivery address.

Can I also order outside of Germany?

We currently only offer shipping within Germany and for certain items to Austria. If you would like to order outside of these countries, please contact us so that we can check if a solution is possible.

How long does shipping take?

The goods are expected to be delivered to you within 1-3 working days (plus 1 working day for processing).

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are 9.90 euros net for all orders with a goods value of less than 350 euros net. For orders over 350 euros net, the goods are shipped free of charge.

How do I know when my order will be shipped?

You will receive a notification and the tracking number as soon as your order is ready for shipment and on its way to you.

Please contact us immediately. We will check the status of your delivery and ensure that your goods are delivered as quickly as possible.
