Free returns are possible in accordance with Section 439 of the German Civil Code (BGB) if there are defects for which we are responsible. Please check the delivered items immediately upon receipt for completeness, transport damage and quality. If you discover any defects or missing items, please inform us of these defects in writing within 14 days. We will then immediately organize a replacement delivery, return or refund.

Returns for other reasons, such as an incorrect order, may be accepted as a goodwill gesture. In these cases, you must return the items at your own expense and in the original packaging. Please ensure that the goods arrive complete and undamaged.
